Salem Village is a non-profit corporation formed in 1995 to provide quality housing solutions for the elderly. Because of our multiple properties, we identify our self as Salem Village Communities.

The age requirement is 62, although at the cottages on N Laventure, residents may move in any time during the year of their 61st birthday.

Salem Village Apartment opened in 1999. The Salem Village II Cottages opened in 2000 with expansion opening in 2002.

Highland Greens Senior Apartment opened in 2007. The Highland Greens II Cottages opened in 2009 with expansion continuing 2015-17.
